Objective:To observe the curative effect of Invigorating Kidney and Stopping Bleeding Decoction in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi deficiency.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were given routine treatment while the observation group was treated with Bushen Zhixue Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PT and APTT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of P,E2 and endometrial thickness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Invigorating Kidney and Stopping Bleeding Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding with Qi deficiency.
