舌三针联合解语丹加减治疗脑卒中后运动性失语症疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察舌三针联合解语丹加减治疗脑卒中后运动性失语症的疗效.方法:60例按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组予言语训练治疗,观察组予舌三针联合解语丹加减治疗.结果:治疗后两组CRRAE评分、BDAE分级均改善(P＜0.05),观察组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:舌三针联合解语丹加减治疗脑卒中后运动性失语症有较好效果.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Tongue Three Needles combined with modified Jieyudan in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with speech training while the observation group were treated with Tongue Three Needles combined with modified Jieyudan.Results:After treatment,the CRRAE score and BDAE grade of the two groups were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongue Three Needles combined with modified Jieyudan has a good effect in the treatment of motor aphasia after stroke.
