Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Three Kernels Decoction combined with pricking cupping in the treatment of adolescent damp-heat acne.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with isotretinoin soft capsule while the observation group were treated with modified Three Kernels Decoction combined with pricking cupping.Results:The GAGS scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and those in the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Three Kernels Decoction combined with pricking cupping could relieve clinical symptoms in the treatment of adolescent acne with damp-heat type,and the curative effect is better than that of oral isotretinoin soft capsule.
