加味补中益气汤联合穴位按摩治疗功能性便秘临床观察

摘要
目的:观察加味补中益气汤联合穴位按摩治疗功能性便秘(FC)的疗效.方法:108例随机分为对照组和观察组各54例.两组均给予穴位按摩,观察组加用加味补中益气汤.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后观察组证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后观察组PAC-SYM、PAC-QOL分值低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后观察组SP、5-HT水平高于对照组而VIP、NO水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加味补中益气汤联合穴位按摩治疗FC效果较好,复发率低.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Middle-tonifying Qi-replenishing Decoction combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of functional constipation(FC).Methods:A total of 108 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups were given acupoint massage,and the observation group were additionally given modified Middle-tonifying Qi-replenishing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of PAC-SYM and PAC-QOL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of SP and 5-HT in the observation group were higher than those in the control group while the levels of VIP and NO were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Middle-tonifying Qi-replenishing Decoction combined with acupoint massage is effective in the treatment of FC with low recurrence rate.
