通调三焦针刺法结合镇肝熄风汤加减治疗小儿多动症临床观察

摘要
目的:观察通调三焦针刺法结合镇肝熄风汤加减治疗小儿多动症的效果.方法:72例随机分为两组各36例,对照组用托莫西汀治疗,研究组用通调三焦针刺法及镇肝熄风汤加减治疗.结果:研究组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).研究组治疗后中医证候主症、次症积分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).研究组治疗后SNAP-Ⅳ各项评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:通调三焦针刺法结合镇肝熄风汤加减治疗小儿多动症可加快缓解临床证候、体征,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture method for harmonizing the triple energizer combined with Liver-settling Wind-Extinguishing Decoction in the treatment of children with ADHD.Methods:Seventy-two cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group were treated with atomoxetine while the study group were treated with acupuncture and Liver-settling Wind-Extinguishing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of TCM syndromes in the study group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of SNAP-Ⅳ in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture method for harmonizing the triple energizer combined with Liver-settling Wind-Extinguishing Decoction could accelerate the relief of clinical syndromes and signs in the treatment of children with ADHD,with safety.
