小青龙汤加减辅治慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证临床观察

摘要
目的:观察小青龙汤加减辅治慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证的疗效.方法:92例分为两组,两组均用常规西药治疗,试验组加用小青龙汤加减.结果:试验组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组LVEF、6MWD高于对照组而LVEDV低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:小青龙汤加减辅治慢性心力衰竭阳虚水泛证可提高疗效,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Minor Green-Blue Dragon Decoction in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure with edema due to yang deficiency.Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine while the experimental group were treated with modified Minor Green-Blue Dragon Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The LVEF and 6 MWD of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,while LVEDV was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Modified Minor Green-Blue Dragon Decoction could improve the curative effect and safety in adjuvant treatment of chronic heart failure with edema due to yang deficiency.
