针刺耳周四穴辅治特发性突聋伴耳鸣临床观察

摘要
目的:观察针刺耳周四穴辅治特发性突聋伴耳鸣的效果.方法:66例按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各33例.两组均用常规西药治疗,观察组加用耳周四穴(完骨、听宫、听会、翳风)针刺治疗.结果:听力总有效率、耳鸣总有效率观察组均高于对照组(P＜0.05),不良反应发生率观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:针刺耳周四穴辅治特发性突聋伴耳鸣可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture at four acupoints around the ear on idiopathic sudden deafness with tinnitus.Methods:Sixty-six cases were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 33 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with acupuncture at four acupoints around the ear(Wangu,Tinggong,Tinghui,Yifeng)in addition.Results:The total effective rate of hearing and tinnitus in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture at four points around the ear could improve the curative effect of idiopathic sudden deafness with tinnitus.
