摘要
目的:观察梅花针联合中药生发液辅治青中年女性型脱发的效果.方法:64例随机分为观察组和对照组各32例.两组均用2%米诺地尔汀治疗,观察组加用梅花针联合中药生发液治疗.结果:治疗6个月后两组辛克莱量表(Sinclair Scale)评分、心理状态评分、毳毛比率均降低且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组总头发数量、头发密度均增加且观察组多于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:梅花针联合中药生发液辅治青中年女性型脱发可增强疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of plum blossom needle combined with Chinese herbal hair growth Liquid in adjuvant treatment of female pattern hair loss of the young and the middle-aged.Methods:Sixty-four cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with 2%minoxidil,and the observation group were treated with plum-blossom needle combined with Chinese herbal hair growth liquid in addition.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the Sinclair Scale score,psychological state score and vellus hair ratio of the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total number of hair and hair density in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were more than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Plum blossom needle combined with Chinese herbal hair growth liquid in adjuvant treatment of female pattern hair loss of the young and the middle-aged could enhance the curative effect.
