Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified versions of Sini Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction in adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 220 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 110 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the study group were treated with modified versions of Sini Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes,NYHA cardiac function classification,left ventricular end-systolic diameter and end-diastolic diameter,endothelin(ET)and homocysteine(Hcy)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified versions of Sini Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction could improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,with safety.
