Objective:To observe the effect of Promoting Blood Flow and Unblocking Meridians Decoction in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after cerebral infarction.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. Both groups were treated by fumigation with Safflower Stasis-resolving Decoction, and the observation group were treated with Promoting Blood Flow and Unblocking Meridians Decoction. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the FMA score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the swelling score,SHSS and VAS scores were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the activity of the shoulder joints of the two groups was improved and the activity of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the CGRP and FIM scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group and the SP level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Promoting Blood Flow and Unblocking Meridians Decoction could improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of SHS after cerebral infarction.
