补阳还五汤联合头穴丛刺辅治缺血性脑卒中临床观察

摘要
目的:观察补阳还五汤联合头穴丛刺辅治缺血性脑卒中的效果.方法:92例随机分为试验组47例和对照组45例.两组均给予常规治疗,试验组加用补阳还五汤联合头穴丛刺治疗.结果:治疗后试验组中医证候积分低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组NIHSS评分、FMA评分低于对照组(P＜0.05),试验组Hcy、CRP、TNF-α水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:补阳还五汤联合头穴丛刺辅治缺血性脑卒中可提高疗效,且安全.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Yang-Tonifying Five-Returning Decoction combined with cluster scalp acupuncture in adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke.Methods:Ninety-two cases were randomly divided into experimental group(47 cases)and control group(45 cases).Both groups were given routine treatment,and the experimental group were additionally treated with Yang-Tonifying Five-Returning Decoction combined with cluster needling of scalp points.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NIHSS score and FMA score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of Hcy,CRP and TNF-α in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yang-Tonifying Five-Returning Decoction combined with cluster scalp acupuncture in adjuvant treatment of ischemic stroke could improve the curative effect,with safety.
