Objective:To observe the effect of General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets while the study group were treated with General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was greater(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups decreased,and that of the study group was lower(P<0.05).After treatment,the inflammatory indexes CRP,MMP,ESR,IL-1,IL-33 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the study group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:General Pain Stasis-Expelling Decoction combined with Zhengqing Fengtongning Sustained-release Tablets has a good effect in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis of phlegm and blood stasis type.
