Objective:To observe the effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with moxibustion on chemotherapy-related peripheral neuropathy.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group were treated with Chinese herbal fumigation combined with moxibustion.Results:After 2 weeks of treatment,the scores of VAS,PRI and PPI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of numbness and burning in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the scores of hand and foot function were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Chinese herbal fumigation combined with moxibustion as an adjuvant therapy shows good efficacy in treating chemotherapy numbness of hands and feet.
