摘要
目的:观察祛寒除湿活血方联合热敏灸治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的效果.方法:86例以抽签法分为对照组和观察组各43例.两组均予热敏灸治疗,观察组加用祛寒除湿活血方治疗.结果:总有效率观察组较对照组高(P＜0.05),治疗后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、血沉(ESR)、RF、C反应蛋白(CRP)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、IgM、IgG水平观察组较对照组低(P＜0.05),观察组晨僵时间较对照组短而压痛指数、肿胀指数评分较对照组低(P＜0.05).结论:祛寒除湿活血方联合热敏灸治疗RA效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of the Quhan Chushi Huoxue Decoction combined with thermal-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:Eighty-six cases were divided into a control group and an observation group by drawing lots,with 43 patients in each group.Both groups received thermal-sensitive moxibustion treatment,and the observation group additionally received the Quhan Chushi Huoxue Decoction.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Visual Analog Scale(VAS)score,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),RF,C-reactive protein(CRP),immunoglobulin A(IgA),IgM,and IgG levels were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group also had a shorter morning stiffness duration and lower tenderness index and swelling index scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Quhan Chushi Huoxue Decoction and thermal-sensitive moxibustion is effective in the treatment of RA.
