经筋恢刺法联合宣氏压痛点推拿治疗颈肩背肌筋膜疼痛临床观察

摘要
目的:观察经筋恢刺法联合宣氏压痛点推拿治疗颈肩背肌筋膜疼痛(Myofascial Painsyndrome,MPS)的效果.方法:88例随机分成两组,两组均行宣氏压痛点推拿法治疗,观察组加用经筋恢刺法.结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(χ2=4.422,P＜0.05).治疗后观察组视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、颈部残障指数(Neck Disability Index,NDI)评分均低于对照组(t=16.386、17.640,P＜0.05),颈椎关节活动度(Cervical Range Of Motion,CROM)评分高于对照组(t=8.905,P＜0.05).结论:宣氏压痛点推拿法联合经筋恢刺法治疗颈肩MPS效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of lateral needling of meridian sinew combined with Xuan's tenderness point massage in the treatment of neck,shoulder and back myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods:Eighty-eight cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with Xuan's tenderness point massage,and the observation group were treated with lateral needling of meridian sinew.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(χ2=4.422,P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Visual analogue scale(VAS)and Neck Disability Index(NDI)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(t=16.386,or 17.640,P<0.05),and the score of Cervical Range Of Motion(CROM)in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(t=8.905,P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuan's tenderness point massage combined with lateral needling of meridian sinew is effective in the treatment of neck,shoulder and back MPS.
