强力隔物灸联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症脾虚湿盛型临床观察

摘要
目的:观察强力隔物灸联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症脾虚湿盛型的疗效.方法:68例分为两组,两组均予常规针刺治疗,观察组联合强力隔物灸治疗.结果:治疗后两组VAS、ODI评分均降低,观察组下降更明显(P＜0.05).两组ADL、JOA评分均升高,观察组升高更明显(P＜0.05).总有效率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:强力隔物灸联合针刺治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于单用微针针刺.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of strong partition moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation with spleen deficiency and dampness.Methods:Sixty-eight cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine acupuncture,and the observation group were treated with strong partition moxibustion in addition.Results:After treatment,the VAS and ODI scores of the two groups decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).The ADL and JOA scores of the two groups increased,and the increase in the observation group was more significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of strong partition moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation is better than that of microneedle acupuncture alone.
