通督正脊推拿手法配合雷火灸治疗椎基底动脉供血不足临床观察

摘要
目的:观察通督正脊推拿手法联合雷火灸治疗椎基底动脉供血不足的效果.方法:76例随机分为对照组和研究组各38例.两组均用雷火灸治疗,研究组联合通督正脊推拿手法治疗.结果:总有效率研究组高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组中医证候评分均下降,且研究组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:通督正脊推拿手法联合雷火灸治疗椎基底动脉供血不足效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Tongdu Zhengji Massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.Methods:Seventy-six cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 38 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with thunder-fire moxibustion,and the study group were treated with Tongdu Zhengji massage in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongdu Zhengji Massage combined with thunder-fire moxibustion is effective in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
