中药外洗治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎湿热型临床观察

摘要
目的:观察中药外洗治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎湿热型的疗效.方法:60例随机分为对照组和治疗组.对照组用二硫化硒洗剂外洗加口服维生素B6片及维生素B2片治疗,治疗组用中药研末封包外洗加口服维生素B6片及维生素B2片治疗.结果:总有效率治疗组高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药外洗治疗头皮脂溢性皮炎湿热型疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of external washing with Chinese herbal medicine in the treatment of damp-heat type seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp.Methods:Sixty patients were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group were treated with external washing using selenium sulfide lotion combined with oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin B2 tablets,while the treatment group were treated with external washing using Chinese herbal medicine powder encapsulated in packets combined with oral administration of vitamin B6 and vitamin B2 tablets.Results:The total effective rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:External washing with Chinese herbal medicine is effective in the treatment of damp-heat type seborrheic dermatitis of the scalp.
