Logical Turns and Organizational Models of Organized Research in Higher Education:An Interdisciplinary Perspective
The essence of scientific research is the production of knowledge,knowledge production mode change will certainly cause changes in the university research paradigm.The emergence of the knowledge production mode IV prototype signals a logical shift from a broad concept to a narrow concept,from a one-dimensional field to a multi-dimensional field,and from a single linear development to a multi-dimensional spiral upward development,providing organized scientific research in universities with a turning point.To innovate the organizational mode of organized scientific research in universities,it is necessary to create an adaptive problem-driven approach with discipline intersection to provide entry points for organized scientific research in universities;to create a large academic community with discipline intersection to provide cross-team support for organized scientific research in universities;and to create a diversified and innovative form of scientific research organization with discipline intersection to provide a heterogeneous platform support for organized scientific research in universities.Meanwhile,in order to further promote organized scientific research in colleges and universities systematically,it is necessary to further promote in-depth cross-fertilization,adhere to disciplinary holism and create a symbiotic and mutually beneficial scientific research ecology.
