New Positioning of Rural Vocational Education to Promote Sustainable Development of Rural Areas
Sustainable development of the countryside is a strong voice of time, and rural vocational education is a key power.Cultivating an"ecological man"is its new orientation of aim to improve countryside sustainable development.Under the guidance of Marx's concept of normal justice, the connotation and development principle of"ecological man"requires rural vocational education to highlight the need for a new orientation in the development of ideas, skills training, skills evaluation standards and the construction of"dual-teacher"teacher teams. However,in the face of the current low degree of"agrarianization"of rural vocational education and the lack of ecological essentials;the emphasis on the teaching of ecological subject knowledge and the neglect of ecological competence and literacy;the emphasis on"economic orientation"and the suspension of intrinsic qualities, such as ecological civilization literacy;and the over-concern with the level of academic qualifications of teachers, and the weakening of the ecological teaching competence and spirit of the problem, establishing the concept of talent cultivation that emphasizes the importance of ecology, constructing a systematic skill cultivation system, formulating a scientific and reasonable skill evaluation system, and attaching importance to the ecological transformation of the"dual-teacher"teaching staff to empower the sustainable development of countryside.
