教育强国建设背景下基础教育教材的功能及其实现

加强基础教育教材建设,是推进基础教育高质量发展、助推教育强国建设的重要基础.需要针对新教材推行的过程中可能产生的新问题、存在的政策盲点与实践缺位,建立强有力的课程改革支持体系,保障新教材使用工作的稳步推进.基础教育教材要坚持扎根中国大地,建立多层次的教材建设制度;推进拔尖创新人才培养,构建自主性的教材资源体系;加快推动数字化转型,形成立体化的教材服务体系.将重大主题教育有机融入教材,要立足学科教材的基本内容,覆盖不同主题要素,采用多元化渗透方式,统筹编排重大主题教育内容.随着教材研究规范化、学科化,教材学正在成为一门具有普适性的独立学科.探索教材学学科建设也是构建中国特色教材学自主知识体系的实践创新之要.
Strengthening the construction of basic education textbooks lays an important foundation for promoting the high-quality development of basic education and contributing to the construction of a strong education nation.In view of the new problems that may arise in the process of implementing new textbooks,the existence of policy blind spots and practice deficiencies,it is necessary to establish a strong curriculum reform support system to ensure the steady progress of the use of new textbooks.Basic education textbooks should adhere to local realities and interests and establish a multi-level textbooks construction system;promote the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents and build an autonomous textbooks resource system;and accelerate the promotion of digital transformation to form a three-dimensional textbooks service system.To organically integrate major theme education into textbooks,it is necessary to target the basic content of subject textbooks,cover different thematic elements,adopt diversified penetration methods,and coordinate the arrangement of major theme education content.With the standardization and disciplining of textbook research,textbook research has been established as an independent discipline with universality.Exploring the construction of the discipline of textbook science is also a practical and innovative way to build an independent knowledge system of textbook research with Chinese characteristics.
