中国特有的教育家精神作为人类精神尤其是教师精神在教育领域的特殊表征,是教师精神发展进程中的高阶形态.教育家精神的历史逻辑同中华民族精神建构的进程和中国教育发展的历程相统一,教育家精神的价值逻辑熔铸于对新时代"培养什么人、为谁培养人、怎样培养人"这一根本性战略问题的回应.从"建章立制""社会宣传""育人实践""深研理论"等四个维度弘扬教育家精神、深化教育家精神的实践逻辑,能够为高质量教师队伍和教育强国建设凝聚精神内核、强化精神引领.
Historical Evolution,Era Orientation and Promotion Strategy of Educators'Spirit
The unique educators'spirit of China,as a special symbol of the human spirit,especially teachers'spirit in the field of education,is an advanced form in the process of teachers'spirit development.The historical logic of educators'spirit is unified with the construction process of the Chinese national spirit and the development history of Chinese education.In the new era,the value logic of educators'spirit is a response to the fundamental strategic issue of"what kind of people to cultivate,for whom to cultivate them and how to cultivate them".Promoting educators'spirit and manifesting the practical logic of educators'spirit from four dimensions,such as the establishment of rules and systems,social propaganda,educational practice,and in-depth study of theory,which can consolidate the spiritual core and intensify the spiritual guidance for the construction of teaching staff with high quality and an education powerhouse.
