摘要
目的：观察三黄制剂对实验小鼠血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量的影响。方法：给小鼠灌服高脂乳剂和治疗药，正常组给以等量蒸馏水，连续给药10 d。末次给药16 h后，眼眶采血，分别测定血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯。结果：三黄制剂高、低剂量组均能不同程度地降低小鼠血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯。结论：三黄制剂能降低实验小鼠血清中总胆固醇和甘油三酯的含量。
Abstract
Objective:To observe the influences of Three-Yellow preparation on the contents of the total cholesterol and triglycride in the blood sera of the experimental mice.Methods:Spoonfeed the experimental mice some high fat diet emulsion and therapeutic drugs,give the normal group equal amount of distilled water and drugs continuously for 10 days.After giving drugs 16hs in the last time,take a blood sample in the orbit, then determine the total cholesterol and triglyceride separately.Results:Both the high and low dosage groups of Three-Yellow preparation can reduce the contents of the total cholesterol and triglyceride in the blood sera in different degrees.Conclusion:The Three-Yellow preparation can reduce the contents of the total cholesterol and triglyceride in the blood sera of an experimental mouse.
