摘要

目的 介绍养阴清肺饮制备方法并观察其体外防护放射线肺炎的作用与机制.方法 自制养阴清肺饮,建立大鼠放射性肺损伤模型,通过灌胃给药方式进行干预,对肺组织进行病理 学检测,采用免疫印迹法检测肺组织内凋亡相关蛋白Cleavage-Caspase3、Bax、Bcl-2变化.结果 成功制备养阴清肺饮.养阴清肺饮能明显减轻放射性肺损伤模型大鼠肺组织炎症,下调肺组织内促凋亡蛋白Bax,cleavage-caspase3表达,上调抑凋亡蛋白Bel-2表达.结论 养阴清肺饮可通过抑制凋亡途径减轻大鼠放射性肺损伤炎症.

Abstract

Objective To introduce the preparation method and to explore the effects and the underlying mechanism of Yangyin-QingfeiYin,a Chinese fomula,on preventing and treating radio pneumonia in rats.Methods To establish the model of rat radia-tion lung injury and Interventions through gavage,then followed by pathological examination of lung tissue and the expression of Cleavage-Caspase3、Bax and Bel-2 Protein were detected by Western blot.Results The YangyinQingfeiYin was preparated suc-cessfully and it could significantly reduce inflammation of lung tissue and markedly suppress Bax,cleavage-caspase3 Protein and increase Bcl-2 Protein in rats with radiation-induced lung injury.Conclusion YangyinQingfeiYin could reduce inflammation of radiation lung injury in rats through inhibiting apoptosis.
