摘要
外泌体作为胞间物质交流和信息传递的重要载体,近年来通过结构修饰和装载药物已在疾病治疗中得到广泛的应用,成为了药物递送领域的研究热点.穴位注射是能够发挥针刺效应和药物性能的中西医结合疗法,具有药效强、作用快、安全性高等特点,具有巨大的开发潜力.文章基于目前穴位注射外泌体的应用现状和理论基础,提出了需解决的问题和未来展望.
Abstract
Exosomes,as important carriers of intercellular material exchange and information transmission,have been widely used in disease treatment through structural modification and drug loading in recent years,and have become a research hotspot in the field of drug delivery.Acupoint injection is a combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine which can give full play to acupuncture effects and drug properties.It has the characteristics of strong efficacy,fast action and high safety,and has great potential for development.Based on the current application status and theoretical basis of acupoint injection of exosomes,the problems to be solved and future prospects were put forward.
