摘要

类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid Arthritis,RA)是一种慢性系统性自身免疫疾病.近年来精准医学和个体化诊疗RA成为探讨与研究的热点,而辨证论治是中医最具特色的诊断与治疗方法,突出个体化诊治疾病的中医思路.在一定程度上,精准医学提出的的疾病个体化诊疗,与中医辨证论治的思想有异曲同工之妙,精准医学背景下的辨证论治是RA未来中医个体化诊疗的发展前景和方向.文章从不同角度探讨辨证论治与精准医学,以期为RA的中医个体化诊疗提供新的思路.

Abstract

Rheumatoid Arthritis(RA)is a chronic systemic autoimmune disease.Precision medicine and individualized diag-nosis and treatment of RA has become a hot topic of discussion and research in recent years.Treatment based on syndrome differ-entiation is the most distinctive diagnosis and treatment method in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),highlighting the TCM idea of individual diagnosis and treatment of diseases.To a certain extent,the individualized diagnosis and treatment of diseases pro-posed by precision medicine has something in common with the thought of TCM syndrome differentiation.TCM syndrome differen-tiation and treatment under the background of precision medicine will be the future development prospect and direction of RA per-sonalized diagnosis and treatment.This article discusses differences between treatment based on syndrome differentiation and pre-cision medicine from different perspectives,in order to improve new ideas for the individual diagnosis and treatment of RA.
