论《伤寒杂病论》消法中角药的运用

摘要
角药是在中医基础理论的指导下,将三味中药联合使用,依据其四气五味,归经、药性等特质而系统配伍的方药组合形式.消法作为中医"八法"之一,指的是消散、通导体内邪滞,其有广义与狭义之分,狭义即为单一的消法运用,包括消瘀法、消气法、消水法、消痰法,广义的消法还包括分消法,在《伤寒杂病论》中有表里分消法、前后分消法、上下分消法等.仲景消法治法的配伍和消法角药的运用对于临床有指导意义,故今结合消法与角药来探讨其于《伤寒杂病论》中的配伍特点.
Abstract
Under the guidance of the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine,horn medicine is a combination of three kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,according to the characteristics of the four Qi and five tastes,classics,medicinal properties and so on.As one of the"eight methods"of traditional Chinese medicine,the elimination method refers to dissipation and conduction of internal evil stagnation,which is divided into a broad sense and a narrow sense.The narrow sense is the single application of elimination method,including elimination of stasis,elimination of Qi,elimination of water,elimination of phlegm.The broad sense of elimination method also includes separation and elimination method,in the"Theory of Typhoid miscellaneous diseases"there are separation and elimination method,before and after separation and elimination method,and so on.The compatibility of Zhongjing's elimination method and the application of elimination method Angle medicine are of guiding significance for clinical practice.Therefore,this paper discusses the compatibility characteristics of Zhongjing's elimination method and Angle medicine in Treatise on Typhoid Miscellaneous Diseases.
