心肾相交与郁证关联性的研究探讨

摘要
郁证是临床常见精神疾病,由于社会压力增加,其患病率逐步升高,且呈年轻化趋势.中医认为郁证是一类以情志抑郁、心情不畅为主要表现的疾病,其主要病因是脏腑气血阴阳失调,与肝、脾、心、肾关系密切.传统医者多从肝、脾两脏入手,以疏肝健脾,理气解郁之法治疗郁证,而通过调节心肾两脏气血阴阳者治疗郁证者较少.文章将以中医理论为基础,从心肾相交对郁证进行传统研究和现代研究的梳理和总结,并探讨其治疗的可能思路.
Abstract
Constraint syndrome is one of the most common mental diseases,whatxsever in China or international its prevalence is gradually increasing,and it is showing a younger trend.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that constraint syndrome is a kind of emotional depression,poor mood as the main manifestation of this disease,is caused by the internal Qi and blood,Yin and Yang imbalance of peoples'organs,and is closely related with liver,spleen,heart.Modern doctors from the liver,spleen and two organs,to strengthen the spleen and dredge the liver,reject Qi and ease constraint treatment of constraint syndrome.There were less constraint syndrome patients treated by regulating the heart and kidney Qi and blood,Yin and Yang.Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,this article will sort out and summarize the traditional research and modem research on de-pression from the perspective of the interaction of heart and kidney,and discuss the possible ideas for its treatment.
