Exploration on the research progress of heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases based on lung-intestinal axis
Lung is the main organ of the respiratory system,and the importance of lung health is self-evident.Lung and gut not only have homology in structure,but also influence each other in function.Regulating gut microbial balance not only affects gastrointestinal function,but also affects the homeostasis of the distal lung.Heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines has the effect of nourishing Yin and clearing heat,and plays a key role in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases.This paper re-viewed the pathways and functions of heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases on the"lung-intestinal"axis,and explored the potential regulatory function of gut microbiota on lung inflammatory diseases,in or-der to provide the basis and support for the analysis of the mechanism of heat-clearing and detoxifying medicines in the treatment of lung inflammatory diseases through gut microbiota.
