目的 探讨药用植物滇重楼对CO2浓度升高的生理响应,以期为未来大气CO2浓度升高环境下滇重楼的栽培提供理论指导。方法 以1年生滇重楼为材料,使用步入式人工气候室模拟大气CO2浓度升高条件,分别设置CO2浓度为400μmol·mol-1和800 μmol·mol-1,探究CO2浓度升高条件下滇重楼生理生化指标及有效成分含量变化。结果 不同CO2浓度下滇重楼生理生化参数具有较大差异:(1)CO2浓度增加显著促进了滇重楼皂苷含量的积累,其中重楼皂苷Ⅶ和H分别较低CO2浓度下增加了 14。16%和17。98%;(2)CO2浓度升高了滇重楼的净光合速率、气孔导度、水分利用率、非光化学效率和电子传递速率,降低了 Ci/Ca;(3)高CO2浓度可以增加滇重楼的可溶性糖含量和脯氨酸含量。结论 短期CO2浓度升高促进了滇重楼的光合作用及皂苷积累,因此推测在未来大气CO2浓度升高的环境下,有助于提高滇重楼的药材质量和临床疗效。
Effects of elevated CO2 concentration on photosynthesis and active ingredients of Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis
Objective Exploring the physiological response of medicinal plant Paris polyphylla Smith var.yunnanensis(Franch.)Hand.-Mazz.to elevated CO2 concentration,in order to provide theoretical guidance for the cultivation of P.polyphylla in future environments with elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration.Methods The one-year old P.polyphylla was used to simulate the rising conditions of atmospheric CO2 concentration with a walk-in climatron.The CO2 concentrations were set at 400 μmol· mol-1 and 800 μmol·mol-1,respectively,to explore the changes of physiological and biochemical indicators and Active ingredi-ent content of P.polyphylla under the rising conditions of CO2 concentration.Results The physiological and biochemical parame-ters of P.polyphylla at different CO2 concentrations had large differences:(1)The increase in CO2 concentration significantly promoted the accumulation of polyphyllins content,in which polyphyllin Ⅶ and H increased by 14.16%and 17.98%,respec-tively,compared with those at low CO2 concentration;(2)Elevated CO2 concentration advanced net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,water utilization,non-photochemical efficiency and electron transfer rate,and decreased Ci/Ca in P.polyphylla;(3)High CO2 concentration can increase the soluble sugar content and proline content of P.polyphylla.Conclusion The short-term CO2 concentration increase promoted the photosynthesis and polyphyllins accumulation of P.polyphylla,therefore,it is spec-ulated that it will help to improve the herb quality and clinical efficacy of P.polyphylla under the future environment of elevated atmospheric CO2 concentration.
