摘要
新型冠状病毒感染合并异常子宫出血是伴随新型冠状病毒感染常态化而出现的.张玉芬教授研修"妇人温病"理论,总结新型冠状病毒感染合并异常子宫出血的病因为疫疠之邪,即新型冠状病毒感染;病机为热入血室、瘀热搏结;病理状态为阴虚、血热、血瘀;治疗重视经期外感、分期论治、因势利导.文章旨在系统阐述张玉芬教授治疗新型冠状病毒感染合并异常子宫出血的临床经验,为同仁临床治疗提供新的思路.
Abstract
Novel coronavirus infection with abnormal uterine bleeding occurs with the normalization of novel coronavirus infec-tion.Professor Zhang Yufen deeply studied the theory of"Women's febrile diseases"and concluded that the cause of novel coro-navirus infection combined with abnormal uterine bleeding is epidemic evil:new coronavirus infection;The pathogenesis is heat into the blood chamber,stasis and knots;The pathological state is Yin deficiency,blood fever,blood stasis;Treatment of exter-nal diseases during menstruation,staged treatment,and guidance due to situation.This article aims to systematically elaborate the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Yufen in the treatment of novel coronavirus infection complicated with abnormal uterine bleeding,and provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of colleagues.
