摘要

目的 优化竹沥半夏炮制工艺,为竹沥半夏饮片临方炮制规范化研究提供参考.方法 采用Box-Behnken响应面法设计分析,以浸出物、次黄嘌呤、尿苷、腺嘌呤、鸟苷的综合评分为评价指标,考察竹沥半夏辅料用量、炮制时间、干燥温度等3个因素,对竹沥半夏炮制工艺进行优选,同时对最佳工艺进行验证.结果 竹沥半夏最佳炮制工艺为:每100 g姜半夏,鲜竹沥15 g,炮制时间1 h,干燥温度44℃.结论 该工艺简易可行、竹沥半夏质量稳定可靠,为竹沥半夏的临床应用提供了科学依据.

Abstract

Objective In order to optimize the preparation technology of Succus bambusae pinella preparata,and so as to provide a reference for the standardized research on the prescription-based processing of Succus bambusae pinella preparata.Method-s Using the Box-Behnken response surface method design and analysis,taking the comprehensive scores of extractable,hypo-xanthine,uridine,adenine and guanosine as the evaluation index,the three factors of excipient dosage,drying temperature and processing time of Succus bambusae pinella preparata were investigated,and the preparation technology of Succus bambusae pinel-la preparata was optimized,and the best process was used to verify it.Results The best conditions for the preparation technology of Succus bambusae pinella preparata were 100 g of Pinelliae Rhizoma Praeparatum cum Zingibere et Alumine,the fresh bamboo sap was 15 g,the processing time was 1 h,and the drying temperature was 44℃.Conclusion The preparation technology is sim-ple and feasible,and the quality of Succus bambusae pinella preparata is stable and reliable,which provides a scientific basis for the clinical application of Succus bambusae pinella preparata.
