基于液相芯片技术探讨香砂六君子汤对脾虚血脂异常人群血清细胞因子的影响

目的 基于液相芯片技术探讨香砂六君子汤对脾虚血脂异常人群血清细胞因子的影响。方法 依据相应标准选择血脂异常患者(疾病组)25例,给予香砂六君子汤治疗4周,对照组25例为健康体检者。采用Bio-Plex悬液芯片技术检测各组血清样本中12种细胞因子水平含量。结果 与对照组相比,疾病组血清中有6种细胞因子水平明显降低,分别是IL-7、IL-8、G-CSF、MCP-1、MIP-1b、TNF-α,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05);与疾病组相比较,治疗组患者血清中IL-7、IL-8、G-CSF、MCP-1、MIP-1b、TNF-α水平明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0。05)。结论 应用Bio-Plex悬液芯片技术进行检测,发现血脂异常患者体内有多种免疫失衡,经香砂六君子汤治疗后可以纠正这一失衡,并改善脾虚状态下膏脂转输障碍,进而防治血脂异常。
Investigation on the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on serum cytokines in patients with dyslipidemia due to spleen deficiency based on Bio-plex suspension chip technology
Objective To investigate the effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction on serum cytokines in patients with dyslipidemia due to spleen deficiency.Methods According to the corresponding standards,25 patients with dyslipidemia(disease group)were selected and given Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction for 4 weeks,and 25 patients in the control group were healthy physical exami-nees.Bio-Plex suspension microarray technique was used to detect the levels of 12 cytokines in serum samples of each group.Results Compared with the control group,the serum levels of six kinds of cytokines in the disease group were significantly lower,which were IL-7,IL-8,G-CSF,MCP-1,MIP-1b and TNF-α,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the disease group,the serum levels of IL-7,IL-8,G-CSF,McP-1,MIP-1B and TNF-α in the treatment group were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bio-plex suspension chip was used for detection,and various immune imbalances were found in patients with dyslipidemia.Treatment with Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction can correct this imbalance and improve the obstruction of cream fat transfer in the state of spleen deficiency,so as to prevent and treat dyslipidemia.
