中药生发酊联合梅花针治疗雄激素性秃发的疗效观察

摘要
目的 探讨中药生发酊联合梅花针治疗雄激素性秃发(AGA)的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将80例AGA患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(40例,脱落3例)与对照组(40例,脱落5例).观察组给予中药生发酊外用,对照组给予米诺地尔搽剂外用,两组患者均联合梅花针叩刺,连续治疗24周.比较治疗前后患者固定脱发观察区在毛发镜下的客观指标(毛发密度、毛发直径)以及临床症状评分(头皮油腻度、瘙痒、脱屑)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(Hamilton DePression Scale,HAMD)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分,探讨中药生发酊对AGA的治疗效果;并通过比较两组不良反应发生率,评价中药生发酊治疗AGA的安全性.结果 治疗24周后,观察组和对照组总有效率分别为86.49％和71.43％,观察组疗效优于对照组(P＜0.05);经治疗后观察组毛发密度改善程度高于对照组(P＜0.05),临床症状评分、HAMA评分、HAMD评分、不良反应率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 中药生发酊联合梅花针治疗AGA临床疗效显著且使用便捷,未发生明显不良反应.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Shengfa tincture combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia.Methods A total of 80 AGA patients were divided into observation group(40 cases,3 cases dropped off)and control group(40 cases,5 cases dropped off)according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Shengfa tincture for external use,and the control group was treated with minoxidil liniment for external use.Both groups were treated with plume needle percussion for 24 weeks.Before and after treatment,the objective indicators(hair density and hair diameter)under the hair microscope in the fixed alopecia observation area,clinical symptom scores(scalp greas-iness,itching,desquamation),Hamilton Depression Scale scores and Hamilton Anxiety Scale scores were compared to explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Shengfa TCD on AGA.The safety of Shengfa tincture in the treatment of AGA was eval-uated by comparing the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After 24 weeks of treatment,the total ef-fective rates of the observation group and the control group were 86.49％and 71.43％,respectively,and the effect of the obser-vation group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the improvement of hair density in the obser-vation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05),and the clinical symptom score,HAMA score,HAMD score,and adverse reaction rate were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine Shengfa tincture combined with plum blossom needle in the treatment of AGA has significant clinical effect and is convenient to use,and no obvious adverse reactions occur.
