冠心病瘀毒证的分子生物学研究现状

冠心病瘀毒证是基于冠心病稳定期向不稳定期转变的病机演变理论,与血管内皮功能障碍、血液流变学、血小板功能及凝血-纤溶系统功能异常,脂代谢紊乱,炎症反应及肠道菌群失调等密切相关。该文从理化指标和分子生物学方面探讨冠心病"因瘀致毒,因毒致变"的证候本质,旨在为瘀毒证客观化提供参考,同时为进一步完善中西医结合诊治冠心病-瘀毒证提供思路和方法。
Current Situation of Molecular Biology Research on Blood Stasis and Toxin Syndrome of Coronary Heart Disease
Blood stasis and toxin syndrome of coronary heart disease(CHD)is the pathogenesis transformation theory based on the transformation process from stable stage of CHD to unstable stage of CHD.It is closely related to the dysfunction of vascular en-dothelial cell,hemorheology,platelet function,coagulation and fibrinolytic system,lipid metabolism disorder,inflammatory re-sponse and intestinal flora disorder.This paper discusses the biological essence of the CHD development theory of"blood stasis accumulates into toxin,and toxin causes catastrophe"from physicochemical index and molecular biology,aiming to provide refer-ence for objectifying blood stasis and toxin syndrome,as well as provide ideas and methods for further developing the diagnostic technique and treatment of CHD blood stasis and toxin syndrome with integration of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western medicine.
