Study on the Regulation of exogenous Substances on the Physiology of Continuous Culti-vation of Codonopsis
Objective With the application of exogenous substances to continuous cropping Codonopsis pilosula as the research object, the elimination technology of continuous cropping obstacles was explored by affecting the stress resistance evaluation indi-cators in the plant. Methods Based on the pot experiment, the effects of four substances, namely, oilcainolactone,Spermidine, high Brassinolide, and exogenous silicon,on the physiology of the continuous cropping Codonopsis pilosula were studied by taking the rotation potted Codonopsis pilosula as the control experiment. Results All four exogenous substances can enhance the antioxi-dant enzyme activity and osmotic regulatory substance content of Codonopsis pilosula leaves under continuous cropping and rota-tion.In terms of its effect on various physiological indicators of resistance,it was found that exogenous substances had the most obvious effect on the activity of POD enzyme in the continuous cropping Codonopsis pilosula.Among them, the application of sili-con fertilizer increased 1.88 times compared with the control, and the application of Spermidine and high Brassinolide increased 1.81 times compared with the control.Applying silicon fertilizer under continuous cropping resulted in a more stable increase in root vitality, with an increase of 23.10%~32.28%compared to the control at each growth stage; In terms of quality indicators:under the continuous cropping stubble and the rotation stubble, the application of 2,8-high Brassinolide had a significant impact on the content of Atractylode Ⅲ compared with the control, and increased by 40.38%and 60.64%respectively compared with the control under each stubble. Conclusion The experiment verified that the application of exogenous substances can significantly affect physiological indicators such as proline, soluble sugar, soluble protein,SOD,POD of continuous cropping Codonopsis pilo-sula plants, promote the growth, yield, and quality of Codonopsis pilosula, and effectively alleviate continuous cropping stress.
