摘要
文章总结刘燕池教授治疗不孕不育症的临床经验.刘老认为该证病机多属于虚实夹杂,虚证多为肾虚,实证多为肝郁痰阻.在治疗时当首辨虚实,虚者补之,实者泻之,虚实夹杂者,补泻兼施.补肾当以补肾中精气为主;陈述了疏肝解郁类药物应用的重要性,治疗时,当以人为本,疏其情志;强调了脾胃健运的重要性,酿生痰饮者可进一步加重病情.
Abstract
The article summarizes Professor Liu Yanchi's clinical experience in treating infertility.Liu believes that the patho-genesis of this disease is mostly a mixture of deficiency and reality,with deficiency being mostly kidney deficiency and reality be-ing liver depression and phlegm obstruction.In the treatment,the first step should be to identify the deficiency and the actuality,with the deficiency being tonified and the actuality being diarrhoea.The importance of tonifying the kidneys should be based on nourishing the essence in the kidneys;the importance of using liver-depressant drugs to detoxify the liver,and the importance of treating the human being and de-stressing the emotions;and the importance of tonifying the spleen and stomach,as those who produce phlegm and drinks may further aggravate the condition.
