Optimization of the extraction process of the classic prescription Dayuanyin was optimized based on the standard relation and AHP-entropy weight method
Objective The consistency of modern process and traditional process product quality was evaluated.Based on the standard relation and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-entropy weight method,the extraction process of the classic pre-scription Dayuanyin was optimized.To optimize the extraction process of the classic prescription Dayuanyin.Methods On the ba-sis of the principle of following the ancients,the contents of arecine,honokiol,and honokiol,baicaLin,scutellin and fingerprint similarity and paste yield were taken as the evaluation index,and the standard relation was used to evaluate the consistency of process product quality,and the index weight coefficient was determined by analytic hierarchy method(AHP)-entropy weight method,and the extraction process parameters of the classic prescription Dayuanyin were selected and verified by orthogonal test.Results The optimal extraction process of Dayuanyin by the standard relation combined with AHP-entropy weight method was 8 times the amount of water added and extracted once for 1h each time.Conclusion It is feasible to screen out the modern extrac-tion process parameters of Dayuanyin,which lays a foundation for the development and research of the compound preparation of the classic prescription Dayuanyin.
