目的 以不同产地延胡索的生长指标及产量品质为测定指标,根据结果对药材质量进行分析.方法 于生长期测定延胡索植株的生长指标及产量参数,收获后按照2020版《中国药典》的要求测定总灰分、醇溶性浸出物和延胡索乙素含量,并进行比较分析.结果 城固县延胡索块茎饱满、植株生长状况最佳,产量最高为7492.55kg/hm2,品质最优,醇溶性浸出物含量最高,为27.5%,延胡索乙素含量最高,为0.185%,醇溶性浸出物含量和延胡索乙素含量显著高于其他产地;城固县延胡索总灰分含量最低,为2.7%,显著低于其它产地,康县次之,西和县的最差.结论 城固县所产延胡索产量品质最佳.
Quality analysis of Corydalis Rhizoma from different producing areas
Objective To analyze the quality of Corydalis Rhizoma based on the growth index and yield quality of Corydalis Rhi-zoma from different places.Methods The growth indexes and yield parameters of Corydalis Rhizoma plants were determined dur-ing the growth period,and the contents of total ash,alcohol soluble extract and Corydalis Rhizoma ethyl were determined after harvest according to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition).Results Chenggu County had the best tuber and plant growth,the highest yield was 7492.55kg/hm2,the best quality,the highest alcohol soluble extract content(27.5%),the highest ethyl rhizome content(0.185%),the alcohol soluble extract content and ethyl rhizome content were significantly higher than other producing areas.The total ash content in Chenggu County was the lowest(2.7%),which was significantly lower than other producing areas,followed by Kang County,and the worst in Xihe County.Conclusion The yield and quality of corydalis produced in Chenggu County are the best.
