AHP-CRITIC赋权法结合多指标优选参芪归灵口服液水提工艺

目的 优选参芪归灵口服液水提制备工艺及为多成分质量控制研究提供参考.方法 以干膏得率、多糖、党参炔苷、阿魏酸、毛蕊异黄酮苷和3-羟基-9,10-二甲氧基紫檀烷含量为考察指标,以煎煮次数、煎煮时间、加水量为影响因素,采用正交试验法,以AHP-CRITIC法进行赋权,依据综合评分优选水提工艺;严格考察药液相对浓度、醇沉浓度、醇沉时间对水提醇沉精制工艺的影响.结果 实验表明参芪归灵口服液的最佳水提工艺为:10倍量水,煎煮60 min,煎煮3次;水提醇沉精制工艺为:药液浓度1 g/mL,醇沉浓度70%,醇沉时间12 h.结论 优选的参芪归灵口服液提取工艺科学合理,可行性高,可为参芪归灵口服液及相关中药制剂的开发提供参考,为其质量控制评价提供依据.
AHP-CRITIC weighting method combined with multiple indicators to optimize the water extraction process of Shenqi Guiling oral liquid
Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Shenqi Guiling oral liquid and provide reference for the study of multi-component quality control.Methods Using the yield of dry ointment,Polysaccharides,Calycosin-7-glucoside,ferulic acid,Codonopsis pilosula and the content of 3-hydroxy-9,10-dimethoxysantane as the evaluation indicators,the orthogonal experiment method was used to conduct the experiment,and the AHP-CRITIC method was used to assign weights.The water ex-traction process was optimized based on the comprehensive score;Strictly examine the effects of relative concentration of drug so-lution,alcohol precipitation concentration,and alcohol precipitation time on the water extraction and alcohol precipitation refining process.Results The results showed that the optimal water extraction process for Shenqi Guiling oral liquid was:10 times the a-mount of water,decocting for 40 minutes,decocting 3 times;The water extraction and alcohol precipitation refining process is as follows:the concentration of the drug solution is 1 g/mL,the alcohol precipitation concentration is 70%,and the alcohol precipi-tation time is 12 hours.Conclusion The optimized extraction process of Qigui Ling oral liquid is scientific,reasonable,and high-ly feasible,which can provide reference for the development of Shenqi Guiling oral liquid and related traditional Chinese medicine preparations,and provide a basis for its quality control evaluation.
