Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Shengsui Jiangu Capsule on Alcoholic Osteoporosis
Objective To observe and compare the clinical efficacy of Shengsui Jiangu capsule and alendronic acid sodium tablet in the treatment of alcoholic osteoporosis,and elaborate the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of alcohol-ic osteoporosis.Methods 90 patients diagnosed with alcoholic osteoporosis were selected.Using a random number table method,the patients were divided into two groups,with 45 patients in each group.The treatment group received oral treatment with Sheng-sui Jiangu Capsules,while the control group received oral treatment with alenophosphate sodium.Both groups of patients were also treated with diammonium glycyrrhetinic acid enteric coated capsules and calcic D3 tablets.Compare and observe the changes in visual analogue score(VAS),lumbar bone mineral density(BMD),serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),liver function indica-tors,blood pressure,and electrocardiogram of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results After treatment,there was little difference in lumbar bone density and ALP levels between the two groups compared to the control group,but there were differences in liver function indicators.Conclusion Shengsui Jiangu Capsule and alendronic acid Sodium Tablets have the same efficacy in the treatment of alcoholic osteoporosis,but Shengsui Jiangu Capsule has less burden on the liver function of pa-tients.
