Analysis of the Curative Effect of Baotai Wuyou tablets and Buzhong Yiqi Decoction on the Treatment of Early Threatened Abortion in Pregnant Women with Qi-blood Defi-ciency
Objective To explore the curative effect of Baotai Wuyou tablets and Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the treatment of early threatened abortion in pregnant women with qi-blood deficiency.Methods A total of 120 patients of threatened miscarriage with qi and blood weakness in Qigndao Chengyang People's hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group 1,control group 2,and observation group(n=40).The control group 1 was treated with progesterone cap-sules,the control group 2 was treated with progesterone capsules and Baotai Wuyou tablets,and the observation group was treated with progesterone capsules,Baotai Wuyou tablets,and Buzhong Yiqi decoction.The clinical efficacy,rehabilitation indicators,serological indicators,success rate of fetal preservation,and adverse reactions of three groups of patients were evaluated.Results The total clinical effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control groups 1 and 2(P＜0.05).Furthermore,the relief time of clinical symptoms such as LBP,lower abdominal pain,VB,and lower back and knee soreness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group 1 and 2(P＜0.05).Moreover,theβ-HCG and progestone(P)levels in the observation group were higher than that in the control groups(P＜0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group 1 and 2(P＜0.05).The ADR performance of observation group was better than that of control group 1(P＜0.05),and there was no significant difference in the incidence of ADR between observation group and control group 2(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baotai Wuyou tablets and Buzhong Yiqi de-coction in the treatment of patients with early threatened abortion with qi and blood weakness can improve the clinical therapeutic effect,speed up the rehabilitation process of patients,regulate the level of hormones in the early pregnancy,improve the rate of fetal protection,and reduce the ADR of progesterone capsules,which is relatively safe and reliable.
