芽孢杆菌对延胡索生长及质量标志物的影响

目的 研究芽孢杆菌对延胡索生长、生理生化指标,以及质量标志物含量等的影响.方法 分别用枯草芽孢杆菌、侧孢芽孢杆菌、胶质芽孢杆菌、三种混合菌菌剂处理盆栽延胡索,以不接种作为对照.生长期内测定延胡索生长指标和叶片生理生化指标,收获后采用HPLC法测定延胡索质量标志物的含量.结果 4种菌剂处理对延胡索生长指标有显著提高;胶质芽孢杆菌可显著增加延胡索叶片中叶绿素含量,侧孢芽孢杆菌对抗氧化物酶类活性有显著提高;4种处理对丙二醛和可溶性糖含量无显著影响,但都显著提高了可溶性蛋白含量;除了胶质芽孢杆菌,其余3种处理都能显著提高4种生物碱含量.结论 施用侧孢和枯草芽孢杆菌菌剂,能提高延胡索的产量和品质.
Effect of Bacillus on Growth and Quality Markers of Corydalis yanhusuo
Objective To study the effect of Bacillus on the growth,physiological and biochemical indicators,quality markers of Corydalis yanhusuo.Methods Using bacillus subtilis,bacillus laterosporus,bacillus glia and three kinds of mixed bacillus micro-bial inoculum treated Corydalis yanhusuo which planted in flowerpots,non-inoculation was used as a control.The growth index,physiological and biochemical parameters of leaves were determined during the growth period,and the amount of quality markers was determined by HPLC after harvest.Results The results showed that the four bacterial treatments significantly improved the growth indexes of Corydalis yanhusuo,bacillus laterosporus significantly increased the activity of antioxidant enzymes;the four treatments had no significant effects on malondialdehyde and soluble sugar content,but all of them significantly increased the solu-ble protein content;except for bacillus glia,the other three treatments significantly increased the content of four alkaloids.Con-clusion Application microbial inoculum of bacillus laterosporus and bacillus subtilis,can improve the yield and quality of Coryda-lis yanhusuo.
