目的 探究蒸黄精粉末颜色、显微特征颜色及果糖含量的相关性。方法 基于10批蒸黄精饮片样本,利用色差法测定粉末颜色值,利用显微成像技术测定显微特征颜色信息,采用HPLC-ELSD法测定果糖含量,运用Pearson相关性分析法分析粉末颜色、显微特征颜色及果糖含量之间的相关性。结果 蒸黄精粉末L*值与表皮细胞和黏液细胞的L*、Eab*值,导管的b*、Eab*值及草酸钙针晶Eab*值呈显著正相关(P<0。05,P<0。01);蒸黄精粉末b*值与草酸钙针晶b*值呈显著正相关(P<0。01);蒸黄精粉末Eab*值与表皮细胞和黏液细胞的L*、Eab*值和导管的b*、Eab*值及草酸钙针晶Eab*值呈显著正相关(P<0。05,P<0。01);蒸黄精中果糖含量与其粉末、表皮细胞、黏液细胞的L*、E*值及导管的b*、Eab*值呈显著负相关(P<0。05,P<0。01)。结论 蒸黄精粉末颜色和显微特征颜色及果糖含量之间存在一定的相关性,为蒸黄精饮片的质量评价提供了科学依据。
Study on the correlation between powder color,microscopical characteristic color and content of saccharides of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma
Objective To study the correlation between the powder color,microscopic characteristic color and fructose content of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma.Methods Based on 10 batches of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma decoction pieces,the powder color value was determined by the color difference method,the microscopic characteristic color information was determined by micro-scopic imaging technology,and the fructose content was determined by HPLC-ELSD method.Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation among powder color,microscopic characteristic color and fructose content.Results The L*value of powder of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma was significantly positively correlated with the L* and Eab* values of epidermal cells and mucous cells,the b* and Eab* values of catheters,and the Eab* values of calcium oxalate needle crystals(P<0.05,P<0.01).The b* value of powder of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma was significantly positively correlated with the b* value of calcium oxalate needle crystals(P<0.01).The Eab* value of powder of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma was significantly positively correlated with the L* and Eab* values of epidermal cells and mucous cells,the b*and Eab* values of catheters,and the Eab* value of calcium ox-alate needle crystals(P<0.05,P<0.01).The fructose content was negatively correlated with the L*,Eab* values of the powder color,epidermal cells and mucous cells and b*,Eab* values of catheter(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion There is acertain correlation between the powder color and the microscopic characteristic color and the fructose content of steamed Polygonati Rhizo-ma,which provides a scientific basis for thequalityevaluation of steamed Polygonati Rhizoma decoction pieces.
