中医药对HIV/AIDS合并慢性非传染性疾病的实践与探讨

目的 ART疗法的普及应用使得HIV/AIDS患者的生存率显著提升、预期寿命延长。随着HIV/AIDS患者出现老龄化，该病合并慢性非感染性疾病的患病率逐年上升，艾滋病防治工作依然严峻。既往研究表明中医药在防治艾滋病和慢性疾病方面有显著优势，文章通过分析HIV/AIDS合并心血管疾病、慢性阻塞性肺疾病、高脂血症、糖尿病、恶性肿瘤等常见的慢性非传染性疾病的研究现状，探讨中医药防治HIV/AIDS合并常见的慢性非传染性疾病目前存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策，以期为深入开展中医药防治HIV/AIDS合并慢性非感染性疾病的研究提供依据及参考。
Practice and discussion on Chinese Medicine Intervention HIV/AIDS combined with non-infectious chronic diseases
The popularization of ART has significantly improved the survival rate and extended the life expectancy of HIV/AIDS patients.With the aging of HIV/AIDS patients,the prevalence of chronic non-infectious diseases is increasing year by year,and the prevention and treatment of AIDS is still serious.Previous studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of AIDS and chronic diseases.By analyzing the current research status of HIV/AIDS combined with cardiovascular disease,chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,hyperlipidemia,diabetes,tumor and other common chronic noncommunicable diseases,this paper discusses the existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS combined with common chronic noncommunicable diseases,and puts forward corresponding counter-measures,in order to provide basis and reference for further research on the prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS with chronic non-infectious diseases by traditional Chinese medicine.
