从"肠道微生态"角度初探夏桂成教授"心(脑)肾-肝脾-子宫轴"的理论创新及用药思考

摘要
国医大师夏桂成教授(以下尊称"夏老")在临床反复实践中对"心-肾-子宫轴"产生了新的认识,肝脾为枢纽,同为生化之源,协助心肾相交.基于"肠道微生态"的现代医学内涵,阐述其在"心(脑)肾-肝脾-子宫轴"理论中的加入"肝脾"二脏的分子基础,进而证实"肠道菌-卵巢轴"平衡是其功能正常的重要因素.临证用药以调和肝脾四法为基础,最终达到心肾同治、肝脾同调的境地,并贯穿于"调周法"的全过程.
Abstract
Professor Xia Guicheng,a master of traditional Chinese medicine(respected as"Xia Lao"bellow),developed a new understanding of the"hear-kidney-uterus axis"through clinical practice.The liver and spleen are the hubs,the origina-tion of body,and assist in the intercourse between heart and kidney.Based on the modern medical connotation of"gut microbio-ta",this article elaborates on the molecular basis of adding"liver and spleen"to the"heart(brain-kidney)-liver spleen-u-terus axis"theory,and further confirms that the balance of"gut-ovarian axis"is an important factor in its normal function.Clinical medication is based on the four methods of harmonizing the liver and spleen,ultimately achieving the state of simultaneous treatment of the heart and kidney,liver and spleen,and through the entire process of the"regulating the week method".
