A study on the characteristics of pulse diagnosis information in people with special physi-cal conditions in North China
Objective To compare and analyze the characteristics of pulse diagnosis in healthy people in North China.Methods The pulse information of people with special conditions in North China was collected by three-probe traditional Chinese medicine pulse detector,and 193 characteristic parameters were obtained after pre-processing and 12-harmonic fitting.Three algorithms(principal component analysis,least square method and lasso)are used to divide these parameters and find out their characteris-tics.Results By modeling the pulse information parameters of people with special physical condition and people with Peaceful constitution,The classification and judgment accuracy of LS and Lasso reached 71％and 60％,and the seventh principal compo-nent was the most significant one that divided the two groups of data.The main parameters that make up the difference were w in left Cun,h1 in left Cun,w in left Guan,w in right Cun,t1 in left Guan,w in right Chi,t1 in left Cun,s2 in right Guan,t1 in right Guan,s2 in left Guan.w,s and t1 are the main characteristics of the time domain parameters,and the frequency domain parame-ters are concentrated in the left Cun and the right Chi.Conclusion The difference of pulse information between people with special constitution and those with peaceful constitution was mainly manifested as the obvious difference between left Cun and right Chi.It is related to the heart and kidney.The two kinds of constitution were reflected in the information of radial pulse diagnosis,which provided an objective basis for the identification of damp-heat quality to a certain extent.
