三妙解毒液溻渍治疗湿热壅盛型糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的 观察三妙解毒液溻渍治疗湿热壅盛型糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效.方法 选取符合标准的湿热壅盛型糖尿病足溃疡患者,随机分为观察组和对照组.两组均给予常规基础治疗,在此基础上观察组予以三妙解毒液局部溻渍,对照组予以康复新液局部溻渍,共治疗14天.收集两组患者的一般资料(性别、年龄、溃疡病程);观察并对比两组患者治疗前后的创面面积、中医证候评分和血清TNF-α、IL-6水平;评价两组患者的疗效及安全性指标.结果 (1)观察组患者治疗后的总有效率优于对照组(P＜0.05).(2)观察组患者治疗后的创面面积较治疗前缩小(P＜0.05),且优于对照组(P＜0.05).(3)两组患者治疗后的中医证候评分较治疗前均降低(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组患者治疗后的各项症状评分较治疗前均降低(P＜0.05),其中观察组的创面脓液色泽评分、创面肉芽色泽评分与创面肉芽颗粒评分均优于对照组(P＜0.05).(4)两组患者治疗后的血清TNF-α、IL-6水平较治疗前均降低(P＜0.05),且观察组优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现不良事件.结论 三妙解毒液溻渍治疗可改善湿热壅盛型糖尿病足溃疡患者肢体局部症状,促进创面愈合,并降低血清TNF-α、IL-6水平.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Sanmiao Jiedu Liquid fomentation in treating diabetic foot ulcer with ex-cessive damp-heat.Methods Diabetic foot ulcer patients with excessive damp-heat were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Both groups were given conventional basic treatment.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Sanmiao Jiedu Liquid and the control group was treated with Kangfuxin Liquid for 14 days.The general data(gender,age,course of ulcer)of the two groups were collected.Wound area,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score and serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels of the two groups before and after treatment were observed and compared.The efficacy and safety indexes of the two groups were evaluated.Results(1)The total effective rate of patients in the observation group after treatment was superior to that in the control group(P＜0.05).(2)The wound area of patients in the observation group after treatment was smaller than that before treatment(P＜0.05),and it was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).(3)TCM syndrome scores of patients in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the ob-servation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were all lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).The wound pus color score,wound granulation color score and wound granulation particle score of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P＜0.05).(4)The levels of serum TNF-α and IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P＜0.05).No adverse events were observed in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion Sanmiao Jiedu Liquid fomentation can improve the local symptoms of limbs in diabetic foot ulcer patients with excessive damp-heat,pro-mote wound healing,and reduce serum TNF-α and IL-6 levels.
