Effect of Shengsui Jiangu Capsule on Serum IL-6 and TNF in Patients with Alcoholic Osteoporosis-α The influence of factors
Objective To explore the effects of Shengsui Jiangu Capsule on IL-6 and TNF in the treatment of alcoholic osteopo-rosis patients-α The impact of factor levels.Methods A total of 54 patients with AOP from the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology,First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,from June 2022 to August 2023,were collected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group using a random number table method,with 27 patients in each group.The treatment group was treated with oral calcium carbonate vitamin D3 and Shengsui Jiangu capsules;The control group received oral administration of calcium carbonate,vitamin D3,and alendronate sodi-um tablets for a period of 3 months,with a continuous treatment period of 3 courses.Compare the bone mineral density and serum tumor necrosis factor of lumbar spine and left hip BMD before and after treatment between two groups of patients-α(TNF-α)Changes in interleukin-6(IL-6)levels.Results After treatment,the BMD bone density of the lumbar spine and left hip in the treatment group was(0.757±0.018) and (0.646±0.028)g/cm2,respectively 2,Significantly higher than the control groups(0.743±0.022) and (0.632±0.014)g/cm2,The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05);Serum IL-6 and TNF in the treatment group-α The levels of(44.90±10.16) and (59.53±9.35)ng/L were significantly lower than those of the control group(59.97±10.48) and (77.89±10.61)ng/L,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).Conclusion Sh-engsui Jiangu Capsule has a clear clinical efficacy in the treatment of alcoholic osteoporosis,and can significantly improve the BMD bone density of the lumbar spine and left hip in patients.Its mechanism may be through regulating the levels of IL-6 and TNF in the serum-α concentration,thereby affecting bone resorption.
