复杂性科学视域下"和"法论治肿瘤思辨

肿瘤是包含物质、能量、信息不同层级的生命体,其发生发展涉及多维、动态、交互的复杂机制。"和"作为对生命实现内稳态全过程的高度概括及对多样化异质对立物象之间迭代有效刻画的本质属性,为应对肿瘤错综复杂甚至矛盾的病机及证候群提供了全局视野。复杂性科学旨在揭示和解释复杂系统的生成、演化和发展规律及自组织性、开放性、整体涌现性和非线性等特征,不仅契合了"和"法的内在需求,在回答肿瘤这一复杂生命系统背后的诸多问题时亦显示出相当的潜力。在复杂性科学视域下重新审视肿瘤的生命本质,解析肿瘤"不和"的病机实质内涵,厘清"和"法防治肿瘤的内涵及外延,阐明肿瘤临证和法缓治、制方尚"和"的必要性及内在机理,为肿瘤的综合防治、系统研究、多因素复合模型构建、疗效标准制定等领域提供新见解。
Speculation of "harmonization method" for the treatment of tumors from the perspective of complexity science
Tumor is a living organism that contains different levels of matter,energy,and information,and its development in-volves a multidimensional,dynamic,interactive,and complex mechanism.The essential attribute of"harmonization"is a high generalization of the whole process of life to achieve internal balance and an effective portrayal of the iteration between diverse het-erogeneous opposites,providing a global vision for dealing with the intricate and even contradictory pathogenesis and symptom clusters of tumor.Complexity science aims to reveal and explain the laws of generation,evolution,and development of complex systems,as well as the characteristics of self-organization,openness,holistic emergence,and non-linearity,which not only meets the internal demand of the"harmonization method",but also shows considerable potential in answering the numerous ques-tions behind the complex living system of tumors.From the perspective of complexity science,this paper revisits the life-giving nature of tumors,analyzes the essence of the pathogenesis of tumor"disharmony",clarifies the meaning and scope of the"harmo-nization method"of tumor prevention and treatment,elucidates the necessity and internal mechanism of"harmonized"treatments and prescriptions of tumor,and provides new insights for integrated management,systems research,multifactorial composite mod-el construction,and efficacy criteria development in the field of tumor.
